WHAT I DO
I run Patten Labs — an AI factory that ships products on 6-month exit cycles. We build with autonomous agents, not headcount. We ship live, not in beta. We capture asymmetric windows in markets most operators are still trying to understand.

HOW I WORK
Pieter Levels mode.
Solo or tiny team. Ship fast and ugly is fine, ship fast > ship perfect. Build in public, share the numbers, dump the corporate aesthetic.
Velocity over headcount.
A factory that runs 11 autonomous Claude Code agents in parallel beats a 30-person engineering org on time-to-ship for AI-native products. Tested. Confirmed.
Asymmetric windows only.
Bitcoin at $50. Internet in 1996. AI right now. I don't build companies in mature markets — I build them when the window is open and most builders are still asking what the model can do.
WHAT I'VE OPERATED
Before Patten Labs I ran Patten Custom Homes — a Dallas custom home builder — for years. Real budgets, real subs, real homeowners, real margin pressure. That operating ground gives Patten Labs an unfair grounding in the residential construction stack that AI-native operators from a pure-software background don't have.
